Birth and Family
X. L. William was born on January 15, 1941, in Newton County, Mississippi, to John Lindsay (1912–?) and Mary Lou Arrington (1912–1977). He was born into a family rooted in the Altare community, surrounded by extended kinship ties and church-centered life.
Though his time on earth was brief, he was a cherished son within the Lindsay and Arrington families.
Illness and Passing
X. L. William passed away on October 1, 1943, at just two years of age. The cause of death was listed as hypostatic pneumonia, a condition that often develops when prolonged illness or weakness leads to fluid congestion in the lungs.
